Q. How can I make the HTML toolbar displayed when an HTML file is active?

Right-click on the HTMLBar button on the Plug-ins toolbar, and select Properties on the menu (Or, select Customize Plug-ins in the Tools menu > Plug-ins, double-click on the HTMLBar in the list). Set the Automatically display the HTML Bar for selected configurations check box, and then the HTML toolbar will be displayed only when files with the configurations checked in the list are active.
