Q. How can I sort lines in alphabetical or numerical order?

You can select the Sort A to Z, Sort Z to A, Sort Smallest to Largest, or Sort Largest to Smallest command to sort in alphabetical or numerical order. These commands can be found in the Sort submenu on the Edit menu.
