Q. How can I select text with the keyboard?

Press F8to toggle normal selection mode. Press CTRL + F8 to select whole lines, and SHIFT + CTRL + F8 to toggle vertical selection mode. To change the keyboard settings, select Properties for Current Configuration under the Tools menu, and display the Keyboard page.
