Header and footer page

This page allows you to specify a header or footer which you can add to each split file.

Header text box

Specifies the header to be appended at the top of each split file.

Footer text box

Specifies the footer to be appended at the bottom of each split file.

Repeat the first line as header check box

Specifies the first line of the document is repeated as the header of each split file.
